What does fitness mean to you?
I think this is an important question to ask yourself. For some people, this means adding in a 20 minute walk 3 times a week after months of isolation in a pandemic. For others, this could mean doing 2x workouts a day throughout the week.
Without first setting goals and establishing what you are working towards, it can be easy to get lost and overwhelmed looking out into the abyss that is fitness information on the internet.
