Variety is the spice of life - and it's great for your body too! Our classes mix functional whole body movements together with strength and core work to get a solid overall workout in each session. Suspension trainers, dumbbells, weighted Vipr tubes, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises are our main staples. To keep things fresh, we rotate through 4 different workout styles (see below) to give you the best possible all round fitness stimulus! Each time you show up to class, you'll get something a little bit different!
